Mary has worked for me over the period July 2006 -March 2020
From 2006 - 2014 Mary was working in my office in the capacity of Customer service, managing incoming and outgoing calls, data entry, taking information to load and book jobs, customer care, formatting and sending reports, managing payments (Debtor management) and for a few years was Sole Company Administrator for several of my companies. This entailed working with MYOB and keeping records, accounts payable/receivable and all duties which are required as Sole Company Administrator.
She then moved to Wanganui in 2014 and I asked her to carry on working remotely, which she did for 18 months.

In 2017 I asked Mary to run the Administration side of my businesses which she did remotely, this involved all the duties above but now working with Xero. This was at short notice due to unforseen circumstances with in my businesses, as I was going overseas for three month so needed someone URGENTLY with the knowledge of my business to help to keep it running while I was away. Mary Stepped up and has continued in this role for the last three years.

The time has now come to return these services back within the business.
Mary is exceptionally loyal and is always looking to improve processes.
I owe a huge thanks to Mary and wish her all the best for the future.
